Prepare to be gone…

Today I went back to work.  I loved the Thanksgiving Holiday and didn’t sleep well last night as the reality crept in that my Mom and my daughter had GONE.  Miss, Taylor, and I dropped them at the airport last night. And then they were gone.

Instantly.

AND, just as instantaneous, I was blue.  Really blue.  A bad case of the “down in the dumps” baby.  Moving on.

Today, as I listened to my clients talk through their different visions for their company, it came to me suddenly.  The leaders were dancing around the issue.  They were missing the point.  Soooooo, I interrupted them.  I told them to assume the “head” of their system was GONE.

Instantly.

What would their visions be if that were their NOW.  It was amazing how quickly the clarity came.  They began to stop the dancing AND to start practicing being clear, concise, and direct.  We started to make some progress.  Very cool.

Does your vision translate to the next generation in your system?

Do you have a plan for replacing yourself?

What would happen in your work and life if, suddenly, you were GONE?

Tell me more…
