A great day…

A great day.

Met a couple clients, read some more N.T. Wright, listened to some Eddie Vedder, and rode 58 miles with the boys.

Freakin‘ AWESOME.

Client number one is kicking some serious grass.  He does his homework like a man on a mission, because he is.  He’s working on his 2020 vision with 20/20 clarity and I can hardly wait.  He told me he’s never been more challenged and contented at the same time.  Yup, he’s getting weird.  We covered some new ground regarding turning up one of his associates and retraced our steps a bunch.

Typical.

Client number two was a newbie.  He got introduced to the playbooks, covered a couple questions in discovery, got clarity about his big FEARS, learned that problems are not a self healing system, learned that he is out of alignment, learned that he does NOT possess “shoot in his eyes,” learned that this is signing up for some REAL, HARD, WORK and received his first homework assignment from me.  AND, he ate it up.  He’ll be kicking some grass this Spring, his language will change, and his eyes will develop ” the look.”  I can hardly wait.  What a blessing to have clients that want to build.

In between clients I listened to Eddie Vedder from the soundtrack to Into The Wild.  A couple lyrics from the song, Society really seared me.  Who knows how they might hit you but here they are…

“When you think you have to want more than you need, until you have it all you won’t be free.

When you want more than you have, you think you need.

I think I need to find a bigger place, cause when you have more than you think, you need more space.”

What do you need?

Are you thinking more?

If I met you, studied your crackberry, talked to your teams, and studied your face, would I conclude that you, my friend, are…

FREE?

Tell me more, my friend.

Tell me more.
