I’m with one of my favorite clients this morning. He is building me at the moment. He’s reminding me that no matter how clear, concise, and direct I may feel that I’m being, that most people are missing the message. They just are. Funny, huh.
He told me that I need to remind his company, every time we get together for practice, why we are practicing?
He told me that I need to remind his company of BTL’s purpose for being “with them.”
Hit them over the head with this. It’s amazing how many times people need to hear things before they “get it,” he said.
