How do you define…

Today, during one of my one on one building sessions with a client that is becoming ONE, the question was asked how do I define success with a client.  This is a great question to ask yourself.  This is one of the big questions that can only be really answered by the reflective ACTionator. Too many simply go with the masses and settle for success by somebody else’s definition.  Not good.  Normal.  Normal, remember, is NOT the one you want.

My answer was clear, concise, and direct.  I asked my client to go to our blog and in the search box to type in BTL PVPP (Feel free to do the same).  I asked him to read the rant.  As he read, I listened to the words that were penned 18 months ago and they sounded fresh, relevant, and reflective of my CORE and the essence of the BTL band.  When he finished reading I told him that’s my answer.  We high fived so hard my hand hurt.

Who knew becoming ONE could be this much REAL, HARD, WORK.  AND, this much fun?
