Leaders push their team to think. Managers push their thinking on their team.
Leaders push their team to think about their OPUS and how to more productively ACT into it. In essence, to PoP it out. Leaders push this way because they understand “why” this is the only way it works.
Leaders understand that systems don’t deeply change from the outside, except when they die. Leaders understand that all systems, deeply change, from within. They just do.
This is messy and this is MAGIC.
Leaders push this thinking on themselves and help their team gain the same. This is much messier than just pushing them to perform. This push, however, is the ONE you want.
