Today…

“Done so” is a happening place. People are on the move with real passion, purpose, and process. Daydreamers do not last long in this town. BTL leaders love it here. BTL leaders love to be out front where the action is. Alan Kay expressed this rather well some years ago: “The best way to predict the future is to invent it.”

If you and I want to build sustainable high performance teams, we will choose to lead by our talk and our walk. We will dream and do. BTL leaders see dreaming and doing as if there were one. BTL leaders, kinda like Kit Carson many moons ago, say “done so.” High peformance leaders get to the front and inspire their team, thier suppliers, their clients and their families with their long, strong pulls. High performance individuals, teams, and leaders all share a cultrue of ACTION.

They study, learn, and apply. They study, learn, and apply. They study, learn, and apply the power to the pedal. They get better, not bitter. They are all about ACTION. They move with energy, determination, and imagination. They have fun. It’s fun to go fast when you know where you’re going. High performance teams are all about “done so.” Everybody plays. Everybody wants to get better. Normal people need not apply.

You have what it takes. Remember, you are the CEO of that cool company called Y.O.U. What are you waiting for? Study, learn, and apply…not to get smarter but to get better. Stop thinking about doing something and just say “done so.”
