Let food…

Hippocrates was one really smart man. He’s the man who gave our doc’s the “do no harm” principle to the practice of medicine. Our medical profession, just like yours, has been trying to get of our own way since humans first discovered any ole way. Think how freakin’ magic your life could be if you chose to embrace Hipp and “first do no harm” to you. Today, slow down and get out of your way – your own way. Look up and humbly ask for help. Look down and extend your hand. Look around and lock arms. Good.

And, when you put food & drink down your pie hole, remember a little more Hippocrates – “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” Thanks, Dr. Kanodia for your help holding me accountable. Thanks for becoming someone I can lock arms with along the road to a healthy/physical life. It is time for a really good cup of joe with just the right amount of coconut milk. Today, I’m going to enjoy my food and embrace the fact that food is my best supplement. Good food, that is.

So, so good…
