Integrity…

Integrity by definition means “the state of being whole or undivided.” None of us has integrity, do we? Are you whole or undivided? To be human is to be a perpetual work in progress, isn’t it? So, if this is true, think about this for a moment or two. Are you more tuned in to other people’s integrity gaps or your own?

We’ve all got integrity gaps. Only the strongest see their own. This is how you get better. The norm is to see your family, friends, clients, and competitors; your own, not so much. This is how you get bitter. To see your integrity gaps requires that you know what you believe so you can do the hard work of aligning your behaviors. Have you done the hard work within to know what you believe and see where your behaviors have fallen short? Do the work within. Close your integrity gaps. Focus on what you can control – your character. Are you?

Live hard. Love harder (Thanks, Teeks)…

  1. Good reminder we all have a civil war going on unless we have capitulated to the enemy within.
