Words matter. When it comes to others, listen more than you speak. When it comes to yourself, speak more than listen.

The best leaders are ccd, curious, and challenging out of belief. Truth takes few words. Fact. Remember this when connecting to others.

The words you speak to yourself, however, are more often negative and self limiting instead of self esteeming. This is why I want you to develop a few sticky mantras so, when you find yourself in a “sticky” situation, you don’t listen to the negative nelly in your head. Instead, you speak your mantra. You slow your breath. You tell yourself who you are, why you’re here, and why you’re more than ready.

Others. Listen more than speak. Self? Speak more than listen. Good.
