I’ve developed a new discipline with a few teams I’m blessed to build. We start team practice with each of them writing a curious question for me. One of the leaders collects them and decides which one we address at the end of practice. I read them all on my own time and have learned a ton from the exercise. One of the most frequent questions is around finding purpose in work/life. How do you know it when they find it?
Here’s what I know. When you find purpose in your life? Nobody will have to tell you. You will know.
Know why? Know the way.
No why? No way.
How do I know? I just do. You?
