We ask great questions and give clear, concise, and direct answers. We are truth tellers and seekers. We live our OPUS. We do more than good work. We live to make a difference in the lives of our families, friends, and clients.
We exist to be true friends to a few and help our clients reach their dreams, and by doing so reach ours.
We build a team with shared vision. We make no compromise with vision. We accept other worldviews. We marry freedom and responsibility. We bring our unique talents and strengths to every team member. We give freely to each other because we want to. We live the abundance mentality. We love each other. We challenge each other. We are deep thinkers and readers. We acknowledge our fears and encourage each other to ride into ‘em. We are all hypocrites. We work to close our integrity gaps. We fight the tendency to take up residence in victim-hood. We are active learners and don’t always agree. We do not seek conformance. We have real conflict and deal with it. We fight. We fight to improve performance, not prove a point.
The entire BTL team are free agents and micropreneurs. We seek to originate, not imitate. We are always under construction and changing – deeply so. Equilibrium and chaos rub shoulders. We appear out of control and don’t care. We love operating just this side of chaos. We are an example of team chemistry. Deep trust is being built. Dreams are getting bigger. We dream and do.
BTL is a confederacy where 20-40-60 is not a catch phrase; it’s a starting point. Everybody believes. We give our time, talent, and treasures because we want to. We grow. We grow as people. We are catalysts for each others growth. We are catalysts for our clients growth. We grow our revenue, profits, and giving. We give because we want to. We are grateful and appreciative. We are contagious and worth catching. Our clients start a word of mouth epidemic for us. We live our tagline. We have fun. And lastly, where laughter is predictable somewhere around 3:30 pm each day. Damn.
