Learn more ways to reach those with a structure and order bias. Learn more artistic moves to move your creative types. Learn more ways to make your audience think. Learn more places to pause. Involve your audience in your story telling. Nobody listens for long these days. Involve them. And, remember, to make them FIO (figure it out) through their chosen PA (productive action). We get better by doing. Better!
