My melody line for learning always starts with the 12 8 4 powered by 2 process of BBTL. The 12 Essentials of Personal Excellence, 8 Essentials of Leading Teams, and 4 Essentials of Leading Leaders. Our melody line as a band is using our framework to create oneness within and then with another. CORE work prior to OPUS focus. Once both are crystal clear the discipline of PoP (Playbook of Productive Action) is in play. Our melody line is nicely summarized in our statement of purpose:
