Yesterday I teed up BTL team practice with Doscher, one of my dear friends and fellow Builders. He led. I was MIA (traveling). The team? Freakin’ magic. Everyone played. All contributed and brought their best thinking to our latest nuance from belief to believer. If we haven’t practiced this with you, we will be.

What about you and your team, leader. When you’re not around are they still all in? When you’re not around, do they still have your edge? When you’re not around, do they miss you in all the right ways? Few teams perform like the BTL band. I work with a number of elite teams. Yes, I’m biased. They are all really good. The BTL band? Special.
