You can be dead wrong and the team will forgive you (think meteorologist here). You cannot be unclear. Clarity is the obsession of the BTL leader. They understand the future is a scary place for many teammates. They keep preparing until they are clear.
CCD (clear, concise, and direct) is your friend, leader. You can be too concise and direct. You cannot be too clear.
