Today I received some feedback I could use. One dude jumped my shit in team practice. Said I was coaching up my client and not being ccd, at least that’s what I heard. Good to hear. Another shared his impression of me with a teammate. He thought I was a looney tune. Good to know. Only crazies change the world. I aspire to be crazier.
Practice ONE.112 was loaded with learning. There are a lot of “smartest” fellas in the room. Remember, smartness is overrated. A wise man can learn a lot from a fool, yet fools would rather defend themselves than learn from a wise one. Slow down. Reflect. Who are you unwilling to let teach you? Who are you unwilling to teach? Pour into your few, leader. Build everyone on your team or cut them loose. Simple, not easy. FIO. God, help me learn from everyone you put in my path. God, help me.
