Sports teams are led by film study and wearables. The film doesn’t lie as much as humans do. The wearables don’t lie at all. Wouldn’t it be great if every team played to their potential, regardless of whether or not they were being recorded? Yes, yes it would. Won’t happen this side of Heaven. Fact.

Here’s how these teams are similar. Do not miss this. This could be huge, leader. The high performers on any team, don’t rely on film study, wearables, peers, or bosses to bring out their best. High performers are students of whatever is their game. High performers act like they’re behind even when way ahead. High performers are hard on self, not down on self. High performers seek feedback, they don’t wait for truth to come find them. High performers train hardest when no one sees. You? No bullshit, right?
