Feel. Allow yourself to feel life, the good, bad, and ugly. It’s alright (Thanks, Wizard) to be down, it’s just not alright to stay there…
Think. Few great decisions follow feelings a lone. THINK.
Reflect. Allow feelings and thoughts to merge and make sense of the moment, whatever it is.
Learn. Write whatever learning the moment brings. Excellence, you know, is all about learning from wins, loses, and all the little stuff in the middle.
Do. Great lives require decisions. Quantity and quality both matter. When in doubt? Go with quantity. Great lives course correct while in motion. A rolling stone gathers no moss, you know. Do more than you think, dumbASS. Do more.
