
I believe CORE work is paramount for a great life. Same with core work. Here’s what I mean.
CORE work is your BTL CORE. WIP & 3P. Worldview, identities, principles (WIP) followed by passions, purposes, and process (3P) to tighten it up.
Here’s our recommended process. Author, authentically your six pack, BTL CORE. Keep rinsing it until it’s squeaky clean. Look at your CORE writing six days a week. You and I need reminders. Fact. Reflect at the end of each week on how well you lived in alignment. Never stop the work within. Adjust as necessary. We all are out of alignment. The best keep adjusting and closing integrity gaps. You?
And, don’t forget your core work too. Strengthen your abdominal muscles three days/week. Begin small and keep increasing time under tension. Never stop. Your core is central to your physical health. The older you get the harder you must work your physical core. En brera (no alternative), if you want to grow old but not tired. You choose. Your choices have consequences.
CORE & core. Six and three. Turn this into a sacred ritual. You’ll never be the same. Good.
