Carl Jung one of the fathers of modern psychology had these words carved over an arch in his Swiss home – Vocatus aqua non vocatus deus adversity (called or not called, God is present).
Famous German philosopher Frederick Nietzsche is also famous for words he believed. “God is dead. God remains dead. And we have killed him.”
Your worldview matters, friends. Your deepest held beliefs, whether conscious or not, whether written in stone or carved in wood, whether rooted in truth or in your will to power or pursuit of pleasure – guide your behaviors. Your worldview is how you make sense of the world. Have you written it? Do you look at it daily? Do you align it weekly as you reflect on the week that was to prepare for the week to come? It matters. This I believe. You?
