Practice ONE.04 with my international, high tech team. What, friends, did we accomplish this early am? We spoke ccd. We listened like an animal being stalked. We read. We wrote. All toward what aim?
Oneness.
When, friends, have you tasted oneness in your work and life? Would you like more? How does one build it within and with others? Practice. Perfect practice.
If given six hours to cut a tree, Abe Lincoln had an interesting answer. He said he would invest the first four hours in sharpening his saw. Too many individuals, teams, and leaders answer it the way the world does. By getting really busy sawing away with vim and vigor. Problem. The saw is dull and getting ever duller. Sharpen the saw. Practice sharpens you when you put your all into it. Slow down. Reflect. What are you daily disciplines to sharpen you? Damn.
Live hard. Love harder…
