Today, the BTL band is practicing on purpose. We do this every Friday. NGB (Next generation Builders) practice every Monday too. We eat our own cooking. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander, you know.
Today, we’re gonna stir the pot regarding our purpose statement. It, just like you and me, are not static. Every so often, it’s important to look back. So, today, we’re gonna do just that. We’re going back to our purpose statement and rinsing it hard. We’ve loved it for quite awhile. It’s served us well. There’s nothing wrong with it, in fact. However, our pursuit is excellence and mastery. Never done is one of our guiding principles. So, today, we’re gonna do some work on clarifying why we’re here. I, for one, am giddy with anticipation. This labor of love fires my very soul.
What friend fires you up? Being right or never stopping the aim of getting it right? There is no end to the pursuit of excellence, right?
