Leaders are believers, remember. You gotta believe, I mean really believe, if you’re gonna deeply change behaviors and live out your labor of love – your OPUS. You gotta believe your OPUS to change the routine of your labor. This is the only way to change your life. You must become a believer. Then ACT on your new clarity.
The enemy is fear. Will it work? What will others think? Will I look silly? What if the results aren’t what I want? What if I die? This is why the road toward OPUS is not crowded. Loads of folks get the ring. Only Froto and the few, however, leave the Shire. Like I told Peej so long ago, you can’t take the ring and stay in the Shire. Dream and do. Integrate work and life.
