Hopefully…

Hope, many leaders have told me, is NOT a strategy. I get it. Here’s the truth. 

Leaders are purveyors of hope. Without hope the people will perish. Proverbs 29:18. 

Hope alone is not a strategy. Whatever strategy you choose, remember it matters most that the team believes. Leader’s gotta believe, first. Rarely does a teams belief (hope score, according to Seligman) exceed their leaders. A leaders currency is hope. You cannot have too much. You can have too little. Where, leader, is your hope? Are you a believer? Are you believable? Slow down. Reflect. Get curious with a few truth tellers. I hope you’re getting this. Damn.
