Back in 1993 I was “forced” to go to the Center of Creative Leadership and attend a week long leadership program. Didn’t want to go. By weeks end? Didn’t want to leave.
Waited until 2002 to make the decision to leave the corporate world and go it a lone. Had the dream for nine years before the courage was built to do it. Normal.
Know your tendency, like mine, is to wait for one more piece of analytics. You likely don’t need it. Your heart knows. Get your head around it by putting your plan (OPUS) on paper. Wish I had created the tools (CORE, OPUS, PoP) when younger and overthinking like a fool. A strong CORE, authentic OPUS (Labor of love), doesn’t mean much unless you have a Playbook of Productive Action. Dream and do. You’ve been reminded. What you doing about it?
