Belief > Book… – BUILT TO LEAD

During practice with a really strong leader this past week, I listened to him sharing stories about his business. Something was missing. You see, his business is booming. Never been better, in fact. Yet his writing and his words told a different story. I waited, patiently, for him to finish. Seemed like forever. Was likely a minute or two. Here’s what I told him…

Your business is bigger than your belief. Paused for a second or two. Told him I want his belief bigger than his business.

I see this every week. Too many BTL clients are stronger than they believe. So, they don’t dream BIGr. They settle for what’s right in front of them. STOP.

Want a BIGr book? Build a better belief system. Don’t STOP until your believable. Leaders are believers, remember. You cannot believe too much. You can bet too much, however. Your Builder loves it when you shoot too high and we have to bring you down to earth. Nothing better. Nothing worse than a client with more capacity than conviction. Belief > Book. You?
