
The picture above was taken at Steelwood, home of Buckeye wrestling back then. That’s Grappy in the red shirt. George is kneeling on the far right and that’s Stud next to Peej in the back. They workout other places now. There’s no quit in them, they’re just not 3PP regulars any longer.
The dudes below showed up ten years and one day from when that picture was taken up above. We’re older. Kevin joined today alongside Peej, jmo, Blondie, Slo, and even Downer came for a bit all slinged up and everything. We did TRX training for 45 minutes, chin up bar work for 10, box step ups for 6, and finished with kettlebellhell for the final 6. TRX one legged burpees and inverted pups took us to failure. Was good. These men make me do more than I would ever attempt on my own. Together we transform. Always together.
August 1, 2010 Littlest and I began the 3PP up in Andrews room. I could do one pull up, ten push ups, and a 30 second plank. We did 30 minutes with 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds of rest.
