Everyone wants to be #1 and there’s only 1 way.
ONEness.
If you want to be #1 & a National Championship you can’t have “average” ONEness in your team.
If you want to have #1 ONEness in your team you must have Championship ONEness in your culture — not average.
If you want to have a #1 culture, you must have Championship ONEness among your Captains, not average.
If you want to have #1 Captains, you must have Championship ONEness (i.e. strong CORE) with1n every Captain.
The “law of averages” dictates you can’t have Championship outcomes with average 1nputs.
1111 is the ONE you want.
If you want to be a Championship Captain, you & the “C” on your shirt must stand for the strong “C”ORE of the “C”ulture you want for your fellow Captains and your team.
