Your business success lives within the constraints of supply and demand. Both are critical. The lynchpin, however, lies on the demand side of the equation. Here’s the simple truth.

Great companies have more demand than supply. Failing ones? The opposite. Your job, leader, is to ensure your team solves a problem people want to pay for. And, you’ve got to migrate your value proposition ahead of the market. Never forget this. 

Kind of like a team of golfers learned yesterday in practice ONE.54, knowing your Trackman numbers, angle of attack, spin rate, and all kinds of data analytics is not what makes a great golfer. Great golfers know how to get their ball in the hole. 

Same is true for great leaders.

Great business leaders know how to solve a problem, fulfill a real need, do so profitably, and build a system filled with passionate, purpose filled souls. These teams are in demand. High performers want to work here. Mass attracts mass. You’ve been reminded. The golfers got the message. You? Damn.
