Framework is magic, AND…

Yesterday, a man I’ve never worked with, introduced himself to me and thanked me for developing the BTL framework. Specifically he spoke of the power of authoring OPUS. It was a humbling moment as his eyes met mine and I felt the sincerity behind his words.

The BTL framework is magic because it’s a framework.

The problem with self help is it’s mostly not the self doing the help. In other words, the author is trying to shove his or her recipe down another self; get the other to swallow “it” whole, if you will. We have an endless appetite for this kinda wishful thinking. Easy answers sell because easy recipes are easy to follow. In the end, however, we find these answers less then satisfying. So we go in search of another self for help.

The BTL framework is magic, remember, because Y.O.U. complete the design. Y.O.U. fill in the blanks, the holes, and make it your own. The power in our approach lies in our ability to guide Y.O.U. through our process. Instead of giving you the answer we barrage you with better questions. We hold up a mirror and give you the chance to really see Y.O.U., own your shit, define your dream, and choose PA that moves you in said direction. The power resides in your choices. The power resides in Y.O.U. The framework is magic because it facilitates authentic self help.

The power is in Y.O.U..

The problem is you don’t become Y.O.U. easily. The problem is you don’t become Y.O.U. overnight. you become Y.O.U. overtime and through the successfully handling of your adversity, the sincerely authoring of your CORE and OPUS. And, the consistent discipline to PoP your way forward with your self authored playbook of productive action.

The framework is magic AND the power is in Y.O.U. Together we improve. Who knew…
