Tell one…

There are no secrets in the world of work. Something happens to most human brains somewhere around middle school. They begin to care a bit too much what others think and a bit too little about keeping their mouth shut. So they share when they should simply shut it. You remember this. Walking the hallways of high school and being greeted with hushed tones and shallow looks. Somebody talked.

Fast forward to your place of work. Remember this. Tell one, tell ALL. Your system is no better at keeping secrets than your high school. Too many humans in your world of work are still operating as if information around their locker has some kinda currency – ’cause it does. Keep your mouth shut, leader. As soon as you tell one of your team, you might as well have broadcast the message over the intercom.

Tell one. Tell ALL…
