Our aim, at BTL, is to become elite builders of elite teams. We practice one on one, one on a few, and one on more than a few (25 or less) to accomplish this aim. We will never arrive in this building process. We will never finish. There are many moments in this work where active participants want it to be over. There are moments where we do too. However, if we’re aiming at elite, if we’re attempting to pursue excellence, we must not stop training. Study history and you will see this constant.
Elite teams train.
What habits, leader, are you commited to continuing to make yourself and your team better? How much time are you disciplined in setting aside as your training margin? How often do you take a day off, a couple days off, a week off, or simply go through the motions in your training efforts, whatever they may be? Who makes you do what you can?
Elite teams train. Never stop. Good…
