Casting…

“Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand that He might lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you.” 1 Peter 5: 6-7

This verse spoke to me this morning. It came to me as if from God’s megaphone to wake me up from my malaise. I’m casting this morning. Throwing the weight off, I’ve been carrying around this week. You too may be holding onto fear, anxiety, and doubt. You may have no one you trust to carry your burden. You may be going dark and drowning in your negative thoughts. Humbly, I encourage you to throw these troubles to God. He cares for you, my friend. God, help me.
