I believe in calculus; statistics, not so much. Yup, I do. Thanks to Ben Horowitz, my latest Jewish influence. I believe the worlds a bit too enamored with data, analytics, and playing the odds at all cost. I believe, as leaders, we need a few more that believe in calculus and simply commit to finding the answer. You see, in calculus, every problem has an answer – even the really complex, really difficult, and very hard. Good.
