Today, during practice six, we discovered the power in going wherever the student wants to go. It’s really easy to “teach to the test” and really hard to be the kinda teacher who is ready for any test. Flow, remember, is all about embracing the uncertainty. Today a few leaders gained some good clarity. We role played a teaching moment between teacher and student. All of us learned, me included.
