God’s phone number…

Today, like everyday in BTL practice, I run into hurting people. Oftentimes these hurting souls feel like they’re hurting and nobody cares. They feel like they don’t belong anywhere. As one recently told me, they feel like an accessory.

You, my friend, are much more than an accessory to your creator. You are essential. You matter to your maker. So, whatever pain you’re in, and however separated you seem, remember you are not alone. Take comfort in Jeremiah 33:3 (God’s phone number). Go ahead and make the call. Wipe your tears with well worn pages from ancient texts of truth. Remember, you serve a God who only uses broken vessels to heal a hurting world. Your suffering is not wicked. Your suffering is an opportunity for you to humbly call on your Lord and let Him wipe away your tears as only He can. We all hurt. Who you calling?

  1. I love these words of wisdom Chet. This is so very true. God is here for us and wants us to seek him. Just like Kary O said in his video after our workout last week – We are not alone!!

Hebrews 11:6 – And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

  2. Amen, brother. Amen…
