No bad teams…

No bad teams, only bad leaders. Sounds kinda extreme, doesn’t it? It is. Try it on as a mindset, leader. Assume your teams performance is your problem because, in reality, it is. Everything rises and falls on leadership, your leadership, my leadership.

I don’t need better clients. I need to become a better builder. I don’t need a better bride, I need to become a better man. I don’t need a better band, I need to become a better band mate. I don’t need to move to a better neighborhood, I need to become more neighborly. Your teams problem is a reflection of your leadership. Own it. Figure it out. Your mindset is contagious. Is it worth catching? I’m heading to practice 15 with a team In Chicago. Today, if I do my job, they are going to taste becoming BTL, they’re gonna become performance aggressive, more distinct, and more connected. Good…
