Today, during BTL practice with a team of positional leaders, I challenged them to actually be leaders. You see, friend, just because you are in a leadership position, does not mean you are leading. Leaders initiate. Leaders initiate, not some of the time, not when it’s comfortable or convenient. Leaders initiate.
