Just finished another Pressfield beauty. Actually, this one was as much beast as beauty. The Amazons he writes about were from 1250 BC and were an all female team of warriors that fought for freedom. These beauties were beasts.
The book is titled Last of the Amazons. Pressfield bases this one on history with his unique ability to fill in the blanks. Read it if you want to have your perspective stretched and your mind opened. Life has always been hard. Fact. We are not enduring an epic crisis at the moment. We are simply living through the crucible of our day. Buck up. Keep working. Focus on the beauty, not the beast.
