Why not…

Nietzsche was right – He who has a why can endure most any how.

Here’s what we missed. He didn’t say the depth of your why. He assumed you understood that not just any why will do when the crucible comes, it has to be a deeply rooted why. This is why your BTL Builder is continually asking you to go deeper and get to the root.

Why I designed BTL the way I designed her has a very, very deep why. It’s why I trust the process and haven’t changed the foundation of her in nearly twenty years. How we run practices has evolved as we’ve learned and adapted to change in ourselves and the teams we serve. The why has not.

Slow down, my impatient friend. Do you know why you’re here? Do you know why you work? Do you know why you do what you do, habitually? Do you know why you don’t do the bullshit you once did? Do you know why or why not with your whole mind, body, and spirit? Do you know why your inner conflict has quieted as you’ve built a more complete CORE?

Life is hard. Endurance is required. Do you see why?
