Tonight, I’m going back into my Evernote folders and looking back at practice One with all my current clients. So fun to see the growth. So much progress with each. More than they recall, you know. Blessed to be on the climb with so many worthy targets. Would not trade a one of ‘em. All of them are teaching me more than I them. Fact.
Lead anyone, friend, and you will lead in learning or you won’t lead them for long. You see, BTL Builders are masters only because they are students first and foremost. It has to be this way. So tonight I’m looking back and its humbling and satisfying to slow down and let the blessings build. I wrote a few notes, sent a few too. Here are my current clients start date when they began the journey to BBTL (Becoming Built to Lead). Kinda freakin’ magic to recall the years of blessings and anticipate more.
Current Client start dates:
2002, 2005, 2008, 2010, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2013, 2014, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2016, 2018, 2018, 2018, 2019, 2019, 2019, 2020, 2020, 2020, 2020, DONE. Only new clients will be young BTL Builder’s when old clients quit and I believe enough in the young Builder to give them the gift. I will never stop or quit on these clients. God made me a builder, so build I will. As long as my brain is able to train, there will be a practice to lead. So build I will. Peaceful to know my place. Blessed.
