Today we held another BTL practice with a strong group of folks from Corporate America. We had a great practice because a couple people did something weird.
Here’s what happened.
Jim and Paul agreed to leave the comfort of their offices on “Mohaganey Row” and join the masses down in the trenches. They told their story. Their story is rooted in their differences. One is a Irish/Catholic that still believes that the Greeks rule the world. The other is a fan of B.C.. I don’t mean Before Christ. I don’t mean Boston College. The other is a fan of British Columbia…HOCKEY baby.
These two…the definitive “odd couple” came together to get real with their teams. We had a great time. They did too. This team is building chemistry in ways most never experience.
We did not plan this day. We did not have a very clear, concise, and direct set of imperatives.
We played.
What we got was MAGIC.
Thanks Paul and Jim. You were really good today. You have all the makings of a really cool couple. You are not the same and are not ever going to be golfing buddies. You just might, however, change the way credit lives in central ohio.
Very cool.
