The more I study, learn, and apply the more convinced I am that the BUILT TO LEAD Purpose, Passion, and Process is the REAL, HARD, WORK that today’s Leaders need.
Today’s knowledge workers are no longer willing to follow “nose to tail” the way their parents might have. Today’s workers want a “sibling” more than a “father” to help them along their way…with emphasis on “their” way.
BUILT TO LEAD’s purpose is simply to WAKE UP DEAD PEOPLE. Our passion is to inspire our family, friends, and clients to build a strong CORE and to get on the builder’s journey. Our process is 12 8 4 powered by two.
The more I study, learn, and apply what builds strong individuals, teams, and leaders the more certain I am that our process, our builders, and our families, friends, and clients are onto something really cool.
