Recently a practice participant shared one of their worries. “I worry,” he began, “that people don’t take me seriously.” Church like silence filled the room, at least for a second or so. I broke the silence rather quickly with a question. I asked him how much Aaron Rodgers worries about being taken seriously, or any other elite performer for that matter?
