Autotelic (self governed or self authorized) is someone who is inspired from within. External motivation and reward is pale compared to their internal governor. The BTL Builder, at their best, is making you become yourself. And, then coming alongside to give you courage and council to never stop becoming the CEO of Y.O.U.
