Day 264 – Elite Endurance

Today in BTL team practice I was getting lit listening about coaches and their “sled dogs”. I could see them getting lit talking about the few in their program who pull the program forward.

The sled dog is the teammate willing to put themselves out front willing to do whatever necessary for the team. I don’t even think some of the coaches noticed how much energy these players gave them, but you could see it in their eyes. The elite are the few, yet the few energize us so much. I am constantly reminded how the love for your team and work is the recipe toward having more energy for life.

In another BTL team practice we rated our energy levels from a 1-10. What do you rate your energy level right now? Life is an energy management problem. Today, focus on what is precious to you and try to find more of it.
