When the leader stops believing, someone will soon be leaving. This is one of my worldview beliefs. Here’s a nuance.
Either you believe or you be leave.
Bad grammar. Good point. You don’t last long when you don’t believe. This morning, during practice 17, we introduced a newbie to a tight team. He shared the message behind his tattoo – Liberty or death. Turns out he’s a fan of Patrick Henry, you know. So, we played 7 good minutes getting to know him and then listened to 7 good minutes from Patrick’s most famous speech back in the day.
Give me liberty or give me death. Either you believe or you be leave. What, friend, is tattooed on your heart? Are you believable? Does your behavior align with your belief?
