Oneness is the aim and it’s elusive. You cannot build it without becoming inclusive and exclusive. You cannot build it without exiting high competence and low character. You cannot build it without exiting high character and low competence. Oneness, on any team, requires leadership unafraid to build an inclusive and exclusive culture. Back when I became a leader the tendency was more exclusive than inclusive. We’ve over-rotated America.
